Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AI Money (the “App”), operated by CuentaTe, represented by Daniela Maria Cardona.

By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

AI Money is a personal finance management application that allows you to track income and expenses via mobile app, WhatsApp, voice, and receipt scanning. The App uses artificial intelligence to categorize and organize your financial data.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Subscription Plans

  • Free Plan: Limited features including 2 WhatsApp transactions per day.
  • Pro Plan: Unlimited transactions, WhatsApp integration, SMS tracking, AI assistant, advanced reports, and more.
  • Pricing: Displayed in the App and may vary by region.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
  • Refunds: Handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store per their respective policies.

4. WhatsApp Integration

By connecting your WhatsApp number, you authorize AI Money to:

  • Receive and process messages you send to our WhatsApp number.
  • Respond with transaction confirmations and assistant messages.
  • Store extracted transaction data in your account.

Note: We do NOT store your messages, audio, or images beyond processing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the App for illegal activities or money laundering.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service.
  • Share your account credentials with third parties.
  • Send abusive, harmful, or spam content via WhatsApp.

6. AI Features Disclaimer

AI Money uses artificial intelligence (OpenAI) to categorize transactions and provide financial insights. AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and does NOT constitute financial, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

7. Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy in receipt scanning and voice transcription, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting your transaction data.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding of AI Money are the property of CuentaTe. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CuentaTe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the App settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Colombia.
