What to include in your message

With these details we can help you on the first reply, without a back-and-forth:

  • What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
  • Where you use the app: iPhone, iPad, Mac or Android.
  • A screenshot, if you have one.
  • If it is about a charge: the store where you paid (App Store or Google Play) and the date.

We will never ask for your password or your card details. We do not need them to help you: if someone asks for them on behalf of AI Money, it is not us.

Frequently asked questions

Can I call the WhatsApp number?

No. Our WhatsApp number only receives messages: it does not answer calls or SMS. Send us a chat message and we will reply right there.

Is it the same number as the bot that logs my expenses?

No. This number is answered by people on the team. The bot that turns your messages into expenses uses a different number, and you connect it from Settings inside the app. If you send an expense here, it will not be added to your account.

How do I cancel my AI Money Pro subscription?

In the store where you bought it. On iPhone or iPad: open Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: open Google Play → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting your AI Money account does not cancel the subscription. If you cannot find it, message us and we will walk you through it.

How do I delete my account and my data?

From the app, with the Delete Account option in Settings. If you no longer have the app, use the form on the Delete account page of ai-money.app or email servicios@cuentate.com. What data we keep and for how long is explained in the privacy policy.
